West Ham’s Twin Terriers Ready to Unleash Next Season

As West Ham look ahead to a new era under Graham Potter, one thing’s clear — the club’s attacking options are set for a shake-up. With Niclas Füllkrug unlikely to play a full ninety week in, week out at thirty-two, and with Antonio and Ings both edging toward the exit door, the call for fresh firepower is louder than ever.

But maybe, just maybe, the answers are already in claret and blue.

Daniel Cummings Spotted at the London Stadium

Fans at the London Stadium this weekend clocked a surprise guest in the crowd: Celtic’s teenage talent Daniel Cummings. The young striker was heavily linked with a January pre-agreement move to East London, but since then, it had all gone quiet — until now.

His appearance suggests there’s more to the story. Whether or not the move is over the line, his presence has reignited hope that the club has locked in one of the UK’s most exciting attacking prospects.

Callum Marshall – Back with a Point to Prove

Meanwhile, another name bubbling just beneath the surface is Callum Marshall. After a standout loan at Huddersfield, where he bagged nine goals and three assists, the twenty-year-old Northern Irishman returns to Rush Green full of confidence — and with silverware, having just scooped Huddersfield’s Player of the Season award.

Marshall has been touted as a natural finisher with raw energy and bite — everything you want in a modern forward. Could this be the season he finally breaks through?

What It Means for Potter’s Plans

With Jarrod Bowen clearly thriving out wide and not as a makeshift No. 9 (yesterday’s goal was more proof), West Ham’s system desperately needs a proper frontman. Rumours of new signings — from Yuri Alberto to Lazio’s Valentin Castellanos — keep swirling, but as always… we’ll believe it when we see it.

If Potter adds one senior striker, and both Cummings and Marshall make the step up, the Hammers could be looking at four frontline options going into August.

It’s not quite “strikeforce galore”, but it’s a foundation. And for a club that’s struggled with depth up top for seasons now — that’s serious progress.

What do you think?
